Reserving a room at the Quality Inn

Here it is folks! You must call in; you cannot do it online and as off now you can only make reservations by calling the West Branch Quality Inn. Please be aware of the following: – The phone number to call is below. Please read everything before you jump.
– Here are the prices we have for various rooms
    o Double room and king room are both $129 +tax
    o Poolside rooms are $149 +tax
    o King suites and larger capacity rooms (3 doubles) are $169 +tax
    o Our block is good for June 8-11 (Thursday, Friday, Saturday), 2023
    o When you call say you are with the “379th SPS Reunion Group” and this is for June 2023.
    o If you have any problems, please let me know. We have worked our way through some.  If we have more, no biggie, just let me know and I will get it straightened out! o Quality Inn West Branch – (989) 345-3503, option #2 for the front desk

Registration Fees

There will be registration fees to cover the cost of the banquet and other things we will be doing.  Registration fees will cover costs for the Welcome Reception, Pizza Night and the Banquet.  Side activities will have fees to be paid by the participants. We have not determined costs yet because the venue does not want to lock in food prices this far in advance.  The target date for registration fees to be set in stone will be December and we will start receiving said fees beginning in January with a deadline of 30 days prior to the event or if we reach the capacity limit on the facility.  I am working to keep these fees as low as possible during these challenging times and all of you who are participating in the fund raisers are helping me do that!  Thank you!

Side Activities

We are planning several side activities/trips during the reunion with costs paid by the individuals participating in each. Currently we are looking at a golf outing, canoe trip, wine/beer tasting with transportation, and an AuSable River Queen trip. More to come on these.
